She is HOME!!!

The babies were born back on Dec 8th. After 2 and a half long months Mattea is finally home. She came home on Saturday at about noon on oxygen and a monitor so we know what her oxygen saturation is. Regardless, we are so happy to have her home. She weighed in at 6lbs 10oz when discharged from the hospital, which means so gained double what she was born at. We're pretty tires and still running on adreniline but happy as clams. We (meaning Konni) have to wake up every 3 hours to feed her. We are allowing people to come and visit but we ask that you not be or have been recently sick. RSV is at an all time high right now and we would like to keep her out of the hospital. Thanks to everyone for all of your prayers on our babies behalfs.
Ready to go....

Dr Lui saying goodbye. It was actually pretty hard to leave knowing we wouldnt' be walking through the NICU doors again and leaving all of our angels behind.

I still couldn't believe we were really gonna leave with her.

Yay! I'm so excited for you!! It must feel amazing to have her home where she belongs. Now if only you can get micah there. Afton was in the Nicu for like 24 hours and it was torture for us. I can't imagine what over 2 months would of been like! Your a strong woman and mother! Now I really have to get this stuff off to you!! Sorry about that!

P.s. She's beautiful. I love the picture of her in her cute Sunday dress with her cute bow. She definitely doesn't look like a preemie anymore. :)

YAY!! That is so exciting. She looks so good. How are you guys doing at home now that you have to take care of her 24/7? Everything going OK? I know that was a big transition after Nikolas came home from his long stay. It took us some time to get into the swing of things. We'll keep praying for you guys and for sweet little Micah that he can join y'all at home soon.
